Ramen Club Chili Oil was born out of our shared passion for food, creativity, and community. As food stylists and chefs, we started Ramen Club in Des Moines, Iowa, hosting sold-out pop-up events known for our flavorful ramen bowls, crave-worthy egg sandwiches, and unforgettable dining experiences.
But something was missing. Each dish needed that final spark—a condiment that could bring everything together. So, we set out to create it ourselves.
After months of tasting, tweaking, and testing, our signature OG Ramen Club Chili Oil was born! A fiery, aromatic blend that hits every note just right. It’s the flavor boost that turned our pop-ups into legends, now bottled up for your kitchen.
What began as the missing ingredient is now the centerpiece of every meal—made for those who, like us, are truly obsessed with flavor.
